Introduction
Stenetta Anthony is a children’s book author from Chicago,
IL who is currently completing a degree in general education with a
concentration in special education. Her belief is that all children are capable
of learning; no matter, their physical, social, mental or psychological
disorder.
1. Tell us about yourself?
I am a wife, mother and grandmother. I have been
volunteering 15+ years as a Sunday school teacher at my local church, which I
truly enjoy. When I am not busy writing, doing homeworking and preparing my
Sunday school curriculum, I enjoy watching cartoons.
2. Tell us about your book?
The
Love Story retells the story of Jesus Christ. It shares the love relationship
between God and man. Wherein, he offered his Son Jesus Christ as a sacrifice
for all mankind. This story prepares the reader to understand how a sacrificial
love is not only temporary, but transcends into timelessness.

What inspired you to write this book?
The
motivation for this book came from volunteering as a Sunday school teacher of
young children. Where I am often looking for new material to assist my
student’s to comprehend a specific biblical story. After searching for many
years there was minimal reading material which assist children who were
somewhat familiar with the story of God and Jesus. With them making the
connection between Jesus sacrifice and God’s love story for man, which was to
give his heavenly Son Christ Jesus. The primary inspiration was after an
encounter with a young child who asked, “Who is God.” with this the writing bug
hit, and I know I had to write a book.

What was the most difficult aspect of writing this book?
As
someone who is often busy, the most difficult part of writing this book
was the time which was necessary to write and complete this book.

What’s next for you?
Currently,
I am working to complete another book, which I expect to be published and
available for purchase in mid-2015.
